Despatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Please note: Extra-large made-to-measure door and window screens may require additional processing time.
Important Information
Please note that issues reported more than 14 days after delivery may not qualify for replacement or repair.
This policy covers only faults present during delivery, and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or general wear and tear.

Missing or Lost Packages
We know how frustrating it can be when a parcel goes missing. That’s why all orders at Hilt Pro are shipped with full tracking and coverage for loss or damage.
If your package has not arrived or arrives damaged, please notify us right away. We’ll work with you to submit a claim and arrange a prompt replacement.
Custom-Made Product Return Policy
All made-to-measure items are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically to your order.
However, if the product you receive does not match the exact dimensions you provided, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to remake and replace the item at no extra cost. As bespoke items cannot be resold, accuracy is key, and we’re here to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
